Fewer steps between "sold" and "sent"

Logging into each marketplace, printing pick lists, copying addresses into a courier website and typing tracking numbers back eats the morning and causes mistakes. In Prolisto it's one list and one batch, and a scan at packing checks every item. Our clients cut pre-dispatch order defects by 90%.

  • Orders from eBay, Amazon, Discogs, WooCommerce and ShopBlocks in one list
  • Courier rules pick the service by size, weight, marketplace, order value and postcode
  • Dispatch marks orders as sent on every marketplace and takes the items out of stock

How an order gets out the door

The same steps every time, whichever marketplace the order came from.

All orders in one place

Prolisto downloads orders from every connected marketplace on a schedule you set for each weekday, so nobody logs in to five sites to see what's sold or copies addresses between systems.

  • Open, unpaid and cancelled orders in the same view
  • Manual orders added alongside marketplace ones
  • Look up any order, or search past orders

Picking lists

Orders are sorted by shelf, so a picker walks the warehouse once instead of crossing it for every order. When an item sits on several shelves, Prolisto picks the oldest stock first or the copy nearest the other items in the pick. Our clients went from about 200 to 600 orders per person per shift.

International and high-value flags

The packer scans each item before it goes in the parcel, and Prolisto confirms it matches the order. Expensive items and international orders are flagged in their own colours, so they get a second look before they leave.

Grouping and sorting

Orders whose items are stored near each other go on the same picking list, and the list follows the shelf order. Large letters and parcels are handled separately, so each goes out with the right service.

Weighing and average weight

Type the weight in, or plug in a compatible Dymo USB postal scale and the weight is read automatically. The label can be created as soon as the weight is in. With some carriers, average weight billing keeps postage costs steady from parcel to parcel.

Carriers, direct or by CSV

Royal Mail (Click & Drop and the ProShipping API), DHL, Deutsche Post, Whistl and Amazon Easy Ship connect directly: labels print in batches from the orders screen and tracking goes back to the marketplace automatically. Every other carrier that accepts a CSV upload works through a courier file template you set up once. Import the carrier's shipment manifest afterwards, and Prolisto attaches the tracking numbers to the orders and sends them to the marketplaces.

  • Courier rules choose the service by size (large letter or parcel), weight, marketplace, order value and destination postcode
  • Customs details included for international orders, for direct and CSV carriers alike
  • Your own logo on Royal Mail labels, and extra parcels handled
  • Hundreds of carriers through CSV upload, including FedEx, Evri, UPS, USPS and DPD

Which carriers can I print labels for directly?
Royal Mail (Click & Drop and ProShipping), DHL, Deutsche Post, Whistl and Amazon Easy Ship. Labels print in batches from the orders screen.
What about other carriers?
Any carrier that accepts a CSV upload works with Prolisto, including FedEx, Evri, UPS, USPS and DPD. You set up a courier file template once, then export each batch and upload it to the carrier.
Can Prolisto choose the carrier for each order?
Yes. Courier rules pick the service by size (large letter or parcel), weight, marketplace, order value and destination postcode.
Do I need a postal scale?
No. You can type weights in, or plug in a compatible Dymo USB postal scale and the weight is read automatically.
