Cookies

We use cookies for the site to work and, only if you agree, for analytics and A/B testing. Our cookie policy lists every cookie, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the website and our business. They can only use your data to provide their service to us.

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it against attacks and spam.
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) for site analytics, only with your consent.
  • GrowthBook for A/B tests, only with your consent.
  • Microsoft for email, calendar and meeting bookings.
  • Sinch Mailjet sends our newsletter, keeps the subscriber list, records email opens and link clicks for subscribers who agreed to it, and delivers messages from our website forms to our team.

We may also share data with professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers), with a buyer if the business is sold, or with authorities where the law requires it.

International transfers

Mailjet stores data in the EU, which UK law treats as giving adequate protection. Some other providers store or access data in the United States. When they do, the transfer is covered by the UK-US Data Bridge or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Email us if you want a copy of the safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Contact and demo requests: 2 years after our last contact with you
  • Newsletter, including email opens and clicks: until you unsubscribe
  • Trial and customer accounts: for the life of the account, then up to 6 years for tax and accounting records
  • Analytics data: 14 months
  • Security logs: up to 30 days

After that we delete or anonymise it.

  • have it corrected if it is wrong
  • have it deleted
  • restrict how we use it
  • object to us using it, including for direct marketing
  • receive it in a format you can take elsewhere
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before

To use any of these, email info [at] prolisto.com. We'll reply within one month. It's free, though we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, please tell us so we can try to fix it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Security

Data is sent to and from the site over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, and our providers are chosen for their security standards. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever have a breach that puts you at risk, we'll tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
