Most warehouse software is built for pallets and cases. Resellers have thousands of one-off items, the same title arriving again next week, and the drawer you used last time already full. Prolisto tracks each item where it actually is, and because it's part of the listing and order system, stock, listings and orders never drift apart.

Every item has an address
Items go into whichever shelf or box is being filled. Prolisto records the spot against that item, with who put it there and when.
A scan at put-away, a second scan to double-check, and a scan at packing give you a full history from goods-in to the van.
Orders are sorted by shelf for one pick walk. When an item sits on several shelves, Prolisto picks the oldest stock first or groups the picks so items stored nearest each other are picked together. Our clients went from about 200 to 600 orders per person per shift.
Permissions decide who can list, pick or dispatch, and every item records who created it, who last edited it and who shelved it.

Warehouse management questions, answered
Do I need handheld scanners?
No. Staff scan at the PCs running Prolisto, using standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners.
Can I store the same product in several places?
Yes. Each copy has its own shelf location. When there's a choice, Prolisto picks the oldest stock first or the copy stored nearest the other items in the same pick.
How does the pack check work?
The packer scans each item's barcode before it goes in the parcel. If it doesn't match the order, Prolisto warns them. Expensive items and international orders get their own warnings.
Does it handle several warehouses?
Not at the moment. Prolisto manages stock as one warehouse, with as many shelves and boxes as you need.
