Sell on eBay and Amazon at the same time without overselling

When something sells on one channel, the stock drops everywhere else straight away. Every item sits on a named shelf, so the count in Prolisto is the count in your warehouse.

Spreadsheets work until they don't

A spreadsheet holds up while you sell on one marketplace and know every item by sight. Add a second channel and a few thousand single items, and wrong locations, duplicate rows and missed updates start causing oversells. Our clients now manage up to 270,000 individual items in Prolisto, up from 80,000 on Excel.

  • Stock updates on every channel the moment something sells
  • Each physical item tied to a named shelf, box or drawer
  • One product record behind every listing, whatever the marketplace
Before switching to Prolisto, our work produced errors because of constant typing and copying data. Now that much of the human error factor has been removed, our colleagues can work more easily and feel less pressure.

How the stock stays right

Listing, product, barcode and shelf are all linked, so the numbers on every marketplace match what's actually on your shelves.

Multichannel sync

Connect eBay, Amazon, Discogs, WooCommerce and ShopBlocks to one stock count. A sale on any of them updates the quantity on all the others straight away, so the last copy doesn't sell twice.

  • Copy your whole eBay inventory to Amazon, Discogs or your WooCommerce shop
  • Bring in existing eBay listings by item number
  • Set different pricing rules for each channel
  • Discogs listings removed automatically when an item sells out
  • If an eBay account is closed, recreate its listings on a new one from your Prolisto records

Inventory management

Stock is tracked per barcode, condition and shelf, and every listing points at a product record matched by SKU, ASIN or barcode. The same title can sit in several places, in different conditions, and Prolisto knows where each copy is.

  • A record of who put each item away and when
  • Shelf audits that show who last checked a shelf
  • Scheduled checks that find mismatches between your stock and your marketplaces

Shelf locations

Each item is scanned onto a named shelf or box when it's put away, and a second scan double-checks it. When the item sells, the order shows exactly where to find it.

  • Put items wherever there's room, not where the last copy went
  • Items can be ordered by position within a shelf
  • Shelves and boxes can be renamed, moved and analysed
  • Barcode labels printed at 50x25 mm or 40x20 mm

Warehouse management

Goods-in, put-away, picking and the pack check, all driven by barcode scans and linked to the same stock count.

FAQ

Multi-channel inventory questions, answered

Which channels does Prolisto keep in sync?
eBay, Amazon, Discogs, WooCommerce and ShopBlocks. Carriers and fulfilment warehouses connect through integrations.
How quickly does stock update?
Straight away. When an item sells on one channel, its quantity changes on every other connected channel, so it can't show as available after it's gone.
Can the same product be stored in more than one place?
Yes. Each physical item has its own shelf location, and they all stay linked to one product record.
Can I manage stock across several warehouses?
Not at the moment. Prolisto manages stock as one warehouse, with as many named shelves and boxes as you need.
