  • Sell on eBay, Amazon, Discogs and your own website from one stock count.
  • Grade the disc and the case separately when it matters, so buyers know exactly what they're getting.

Thousands of cheap items, and every one needs a listing

Media margins are thin. If a £4 CD takes five minutes to list, it isn't worth selling.

The hard way

  • Typing every title by hand: track lists, platforms and regions copied off the case
  • One condition for the whole item: when the disc is perfect but the case is cracked
  • Stuck on eBay: because keeping Amazon and Discogs up to date by hand is a second job
  • Prices set once and forgotten: while rivals undercut you every day

The smart way

  • Scan and list: details filled in from the catalogue
  • Condition for each part: disc, case, sleeve and manual graded on their own
  • One stock count: eBay, Amazon, Discogs and your website in step
  • Repricing on rules: prices follow the market and never drop below your floor

From the box of stock to the buyer’s door

Listing, finding the copy that sold and keeping prices right take most of the day in a media business. Here's how each one works in Prolisto.

You might have the same album in five drawers in five conditions. Each copy gets its own location and condition, all linked to one product.

Set a floor price and the rivals you care about. Prolisto checks their prices and adjusts yours as often as every 30 minutes on Grow and Scale.

Orders from every channel land on one pick list, sorted by location, so a picker walks the warehouse once instead of zigzagging.

FAQ

Questions CD & game sellers ask us

Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. You can scan with the camera on a phone or tablet. If you list a lot, a USB or Bluetooth scanner at the desk is quicker, and Prolisto works with both.
Can I sell vinyl on Discogs and eBay at the same time?
Yes. Discogs, eBay, Amazon and your WooCommerce shop share one stock count, so a record that sells on Discogs comes off eBay straight away.
Can Prolisto tell me which titles are worth listing?
Yes. Scan a barcode and Prolisto compares eBay sold and active prices with buyback offers such as Ziffit and World of Books, then scores the title from 0 to 100 against your own rules.
Will CDs and DVDs go out as large letters?
Yes, when they fit. Courier rules choose the service by size (large letter or parcel), weight, marketplace, order value and postcode, and average weight billing with some carriers keeps postage steady.
What about games with a missing manual or a cracked case?
You can record each part's condition separately. Buyers see "disc excellent, case good, no manual" instead of one vague grade, which means fewer returns.
